Location

Casa Monica is a well appointed three double bedroomed house which sleeps 6 comfortably in this exclusive development in Figueira. It faces south west, enjoying all day sun and has a well maintained front and back garden surrounding a large shared private swimming pool.

It is a well designed house giving a friendly but spacious feel with day area on the first floor to take advantage of the views across a "conservation area of outstanding natural beauty" as far as Cape St Vincent in the west whose lighthouse can be seen in the distance at night.

Ground Floor

An entrance hall with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en suite.

All bedrooms have access by french doors either to the front or back gardens.

First Floor

Stairs lead from the hall to the large L shaped sitting/dining room with dining recess close to the separate fully fitted kitchen and french doors which lead out onto a sun terrace.

The living area also has a very efficient log burner for use out of season when the evenings can be cool.

There is a cloakroom with WC and basin.

Outdoor Areas

French doors open from sitting/dining area on to a sun terrace which has a large dining table for outdoor eating and overlooks the back garden below that has a terrace for sun loungers, BBQ, dining area and a planted section offering some shade as well as sunshine.

Facilities

Include TV with both Sky and local stations, a video, music centre with CDs, radio and a good selection of books.

Kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine/tumble dryer and a Dishwasher.

All rooms have electric heaters when necessary. All linen and towels are provided
